This page explains what Beach House Patio Furniture collects when you use beachhousepatio.com, what we use it for, and who else handles it. We’re a family-owned outdoor furniture showroom at 105 Center Street, Jupiter, FL 33458. If anything here is unclear, our contact page is the best way to reach us.
Contact form. When you send a message from our contact page, we ask for your name, email, phone number and message. We use them to answer you.
My List inquiry. On the My List page you can save pieces you like and send us your list. The list stays in your own browser until you send it. When you send it, we receive your name, phone number, the items on your list, how you’d like us to reach you (call, text or email), and any email address or notes you choose to add.
Text messages. If you tick the box on the My List form, you’re agreeing that we may text you about that inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Newsletter checkbox. Both forms have an optional, unchecked box if you’d like new-arrival and sale updates by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Phone calls and texts. We use WhatConverts to track which pages or searches lead to a call or message. Calls to the tracking numbers on our site may be recorded, transcribed and analyzed, and WhatConverts also logs the caller’s number and the text messages sent to those numbers. The number you see on our site can differ depending on how you found us. All of them ring our showroom.
Form tracking. WhatConverts also records form submissions, so it receives the details you enter in our forms.
Website visits. We use Google Analytics to see which pages visitors view and how they move around the site, and phone calls tracked by WhatConverts are also reported to it. This helps us decide what to improve. Analytics and call tracking can use cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
Spam protection. Our contact and My List forms use Google reCAPTCHA and a spam-filtering service to tell real people from automated bots.
Your form entries are emailed to us and saved in the site’s admin area. Beyond that, your details pass through the services named above: WhatConverts, Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA and the embedded map), our spam filter, and Cloudflare, which delivers the site. Each of them has its own privacy practices.
The contact page shows an embedded Google map of our showroom, which loads from Google. Our homepage also links to our Facebook and Instagram pages. When you click through to another site, its own policies apply.
You can ask us to correct or delete a message, list or sign-up you’ve sent us, or to take you off any email or text updates. Contact us through our contact page and tell us which form you used and the name you gave. You can also adjust cookie settings in your browser.
If we change how the site handles your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
